An easy fruit salad:

-cut your favorite fruits for example; green apples, bananas, sweet mango, papaya, grapes and cherries or any other fruit of your choice into a large bowl.

-add a dash of lemon juice, dash of cinnamon powder and nuts or seeds of your choice and top up with plain yoghurt.

-Mix well and serve chilled.
