Chocolate Smoothie
"Quick, Cool Drink on a Hot Summer's Day"
Here's a simple Chocolate Smoothie recipe. It uses ingredients most of us have in our fridge.
It's ultra quick, cool and great to quench thirst on a hot day!
This Smoothie has a special ingredient..Bananas!
If you don't have bananas handy, you can omit the fruit or add other fruits like strawberries.
Chocolate Smoothie.
Ingredients
2 scoops vanilla ice-cream
chocolate syrup (as much or as little as you like)
1 cup milk
2 medium-sized bananas, sliced and frozen
crushed ice, if you prefer.
crushed nuts of your choice or chocolate rice.
Preparations.
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend away until smooth.
3. Pour into a huge smoothie glass.
4. Sprinkle the nuts or the chocolate rice on the smoothie and serve immediately.
