"Easy way to a wholesome start to the day -- Banana Shake Recipe"
This Shake Recipe has that extra healthy twist to it as I have added cooked oatmeal to it. If you do not have time to cook the oatmeal, use instant oats or oatmeal instead. Same healthy flavour, equal deliciousness! Banana Shake. Ingredients. 1 Banana, chopped 3/4 cup cooked oatmeal 1 cup low-fat milk or calcium-fortified soy milk Cinnamon powder for sprinkling and taste Preparation. 1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender or food processor until smooth. 2. Enjoy as it is or chilled for 30 minutes.
