Yummy and light Banana Pies.

"Delicious and Easy--Banana Pies"

I love the simplicity and yumminess of Banana Pies.

BUT...it was a long time before I had the courage to bake my first pie. I pride myself on being one of those cooks who makes EVERYTHING from scratch.

It's the sense of accomplishment that comes with it when you made something all by yourself from scratch.

Unfortunately, with pies that can be a iffy situation to find oneself in. Pies filling are amazingly simple BUT making the perfect pie crust is an art in itself.

My first time attempting to make a pie crust was a complete disaster! I ended up just literally "pasting" the crust into the pie tray and just filling it up.

Of course, when it came out no one notice that I had struggled with the crust for over an hour and that, it was actually quite a pathetic attempt!

Perfecting a pie crust is an art form that requires a lot of patience and practice.

Banana Pies are really easy to prepare, rather light and good for weight-watchers.

If all fails, well...just buy a pie crust filling from any good supermarket to make your own Banana Pie.
