Banana Ice Cream Recipe

"Yummy, Cool, Fruity, Deliciousness in 3 simple steps"

Here's a very simple, straightforward Banana Ice Cream Recipe.

Give it a go!

Ingredients.

3 ripe Bananas

375 ml of milk or cream (or a combination of both totaling 375 ml)

100 g sugar.

Preparations.

1. In a large mixing bowl, puree the bananas.

2. Pour in the milk or cream and mix well.

3. Pour the mixture in an ice cream maker and follow as per instruction.

Hand-made method

1. The bowl has to be wide enough to facilitate mixing and freezing. Put the ice cream mixture into the bowl and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.

2.Transfer the bowl into freezer for an hour. Remove once the edges start to freeze.

3.Beat the mixture until creamy. Place into the freezer for another half hour.

4. Remove again and beat with a whisk. Place in the freezer for a further half hour. Remove again and repeat the beating and freezing process for 3 more times.

5. Place the bowl into the freezer until it is set through which may take up to 30 minutes or until the consistency suits your preference.
