1 cup white flour 1 1/2 cup milk 25 gm melted butter a pinch of salt
1/4 cup sugar 3 eggs, beaten lightly spraying oil for pan Approximately 4 Bananas as topping-lightly mashed. Preparation 1. Add ingredients except for the Bananas one at a time into a large bowl while using a whisk. Mix all ingredients to a smooth batter. 2. Heat pan until hot. Lightly spray the pan with oil. 3. Use a small ladle or spoon to drop batter onto pan and tilt pan until base is covered with batter. 4. Cook crepes until bottom is light golden. Remove from pan. Immediately add 2 tablespoons of mashed Bananas onto crepes and roll up crepes. 5. Continue process with the rest of the batter. Ensure pan remains hot and lightly oiled to prevent sticking. 6. Fire should be keep to even level to ensure that the crepe does not burn. 5. Serve Banana Crepes drizzled with honey, maple syrup or chocolate sauce. Yum!
